We participate in the “Tastes of Croatian Zagorje” project, which means that we always have a selection of traditional Zagorje dishes for you to try.
Zagorje cuisine is actually very simple and unique: homemade cheese with sour cream, homemade sausages, ham, čvarci (pork crisps), Zagorje turkey with mlinci, zlevka cake, pumpkin pastries and, of course, štrukli. We prepare štrukli in various ways and with various fillings, but our guests’ absolute favourite remains our famous štrukli baked in cream.
